I got a sinkin feeling It's only getting worse I fade away to nothing Like a polaroid in reverse First facial recognition Then colorful detail Then finally the outline Till there is nothing there Goodbye forever, see ya never Forget I was even here Into the ether I'll wither Begin to disappear I'd dial any number Just to hear it ring But no one ever answers What's the use in calling Goodbye forever, see ya never Forget I was even here Into the ether I'll wither Begin to disappear Like a polaroid in reverse polaroid in reverse polaroid in reverse polaroid in reverse Goodbye forever, see ya never Forget I was even here Into the ether I'll wither Begin to disappear

So Sorry 02:31
Sorry I can't control my mouth My mouth Sorry I can't control what comes out Or how it sounds to you Sorry that my youth is dried up Dried up Sorry, but yours too is just dust And bones and stuff But if you want me to be, I'm so sorry Every now and then, we all need A little stroking "Hey, you're doing great!" goes a long way Goes a long way in the end And every now and then I get tired Of explaining It's okay to be upset When your day has been a shit one But if you want me to be, If you want me to be, If you want me to be I'm so sorry

Like the running water, never hot enough To wash away the mask you wear Like the fan that cools us, never cool enough To clear out all the stale hot air Take your time Take your time Take your time When I was a bottle in the ocean I drifted till I found the shore When I was an angel up in heaven I sang without ever wanting more Take your time Take your time Take your time Breathing isn't easy if you rush it Giving isn't giving with a debt Sometimes there's an itch but you can't reach it A fight isn't worth picking just to scratch Like the running water, never hot enough To wash away the mask you wear Like the fan that cools us, never cool enough To clear out all the stale hot air Take your time Take your time Take your time

Ready for a fresh start Ready for a new beginning Ready to give up and blow it all away Ready to say, "Fuck it" Ready to come out of hiding Ready to grow up and get out of the way Strike up The match is lit Loosen your grip And let it go Will it be different? Will it stay the same? Will we finally get better at this game? Will I say, "Sorry"? Will I get help? Will somebody save me from myself? Strike up The match is lit Loosen your grip And let it go... I've heard myself say the same thing Over and over this year Over and over Over and over Over and over Will it be different? Will it stay the same? Will we finally get better at this game? Will I say, "Sorry"? Will I get help? Will somebody save me from myself? Try to be patient. Treat yourself with care. Deep are the scars that need repair. Try to be joyful. Let your worries go. Give them permission. Let them go. Over and over Over and over Over and over

about

This EP "Goodbye Forever" is a collection of songs that I lovingly describe as an energetic romp through my postpartum depression. Despite how silly and flippant that description may sound, the songs mean a great deal to me and I have been looking forward to sharing them with you for a long time.
